Hi, I’m Mahboub.

My journey has always been about building, Structuring, organizing, and helping ideas come to life.

I love helping people and companies bring structure and clarity into their work.

Together with my husband, I founded and managed a high-tech company in Iran. We designed and manufactured industrial products from scratch, turning ideas into prototypes and finally into production. It wasn’t always easy, but it taught me resilience, teamwork, and how to stay creative under pressure.

In 2022, we moved to the Netherlands to continue our professional journey in a new environment. It was a big step, but it gave me the opportunity to discover international markets, broaden my skills, and connect with inspiring people and industries.

Now I happily live with my husband and our daughter in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel.

I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and discovering new places.

Besides work, I like exploring ways to make daily routines more effective and enjoyable or simply enjoying quiet moments at home.

Professionally, I focus on program management, project management, and process improvement. I enjoy turning complex challenges into clear plans and supporting teams to deliver results on time and within scope. With a good sense of business, I know how to connect structure and processes with real opportunities for growth.

Through my freelance business, Maya Advice, I help startups, SMEs, and larger companies become more professional, organized, and ready to scale.
